CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits: A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit due at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due the day of your appointment in. Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Card, or Apple Pay. Rescheduling is available 48 hours in advanced only. Cancellations made outside of the 48 hour window, attempt to reschedule or No Shows will result in a 100% fee. No Shows will be blocked from booking any future appointments; No Exceptions. Running Behind: Please let me know if you are running late. There’s a 5 minute grace period. After 10 minutes you are considered a same day cancellation & 100% will be due. You will need to schedule a new appointment with a new deposit. Salon Policy: No extra guess or children that are not receiving a service can accompany you inside during your appointment.
